Mobile networks EE and O2 are seeing issues across the country, with customers of the two networks unable to make phone calls to landline phones.

The networks are the two biggest in the country, with over 50 million customers between them. While not all people are experiencing problems, many people reported the outages on social media.

Some O2 customers were also unable to make calls to EE customers, while EE itself said the issue was confined to calls to landlines. EE, the UK’s biggest mobile network, also operates the Orange and T-Mobile brands.

The issue did not appear to be affecting calls to other mobile networks, text messages or data usage, spokesmen for the networks said.
