The B100 has also gone on sale in 29 European countries, including France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Belgium, Austria and Switzerland, as well as all countries across Scandinavia.
The device, made in partnership with worldwide licensee Bullitt Mobile, was unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas in January.
It can withstand a drop of 1.8 metres and temperatures from -25 to 55, as well as be submerged in up to one metre of water for 30 minutes.
Additional features include a 2.2-inch QVGA screen, three megapixel camera and a battery that provides 10 hours of talk time.
